Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Linkified (linkified.net), a service operated by HorizonX LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its registered address at 18396 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, FL 33785, United States ("HorizonX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Linkified lets you publish a link-in-bio page and optionally unlock paid add-ons. The free tier is provided as-is, with best-effort uptime and no SLA. Paid features are delivered as you enable them.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you publish on Linkified (text, images, links). You grant HorizonX a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and display your content solely to operate the service and show your page to visitors.

You represent that you have the right to publish what you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that appears to violate these Terms or the law.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid add-ons are one-time purchases in USD. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals. Time-bound add-ons (for example Analytics Pro annual) expire on the date shown at checkout; you will be offered a one-click renewal before expiry.

You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase if you haven't yet used the feature. After 14 days, or if the feature has been used, purchases are final except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linkified to publish or distribute: illegal content, malware, spam, phishing pages, impersonation of others, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against protected groups. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without coordination, or scrape at a rate that harms other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate pages and accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. On account deletion we remove your pages, analytics data, and personal information within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations (for example, keeping purchase records for tax purposes).

7. Warranty disclaimer

Linkified is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HorizonX does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorizonX's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid to HorizonX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Pinellas County, Florida. You and HorizonX waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
