Linkified (linkified.net) is operated by HorizonX LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its registered address at 18396 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, FL 33785, United States ("HorizonX"). HorizonX is the data controller for personal data collected through the service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Data we collect

Account: email address, name, and profile image (when you sign in with Google). We keep this as long as your account exists.
Content: the pages, links, and elements you publish. Public bio pages are served to anyone with the URL; drafts are visible only to you.
Analytics: aggregated page views and link clicks. We do not set tracking cookies and do not store IP addresses. For de-duplication we derive a daily-rotating session id from a salted hash of IP + user agent; the hash cannot be reversed.
Lead submissions: if you add a newsletter, waitlist, or contact form to your page, the submissions (email, name, optional phone/message) are stored for the page owner and shown in their Leads dashboard. We don't contact the submitters directly.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We store a receipt reference, the amount, and the add-on purchased — not your card details.

Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

We process account and content data to perform the contract with you (your account and your subscription to the service), payments on the same basis, analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding product usage, and lead-form submissions on behalf of the page owner who is their own controller.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account from Settings → Danger zone at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

EU / UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

HorizonX is based in the United States. When you use Linkified from outside the US, your personal data is transferred to our US-based infrastructure. Where transfers involve EU/UK personal data we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our vendors.

Sub-processors

We rely on a short list of vendors to operate Linkified:

Vercel (hosting / compute)
Supabase (Postgres database)
Cloudflare R2 (object storage for uploaded images)
Stripe (payment processing)
Brevo (transactional and digest emails)
Google Analytics 4 (aggregate visit statistics on our marketing pages only — never on user-created bio pages, and only after you accept optional cookies)
Charla (live chat support widget on our marketing pages — only after you accept optional cookies)

A detailed up-to-date list is available on request. We notify users of material changes to this list at least 30 days in advance when feasible.

Data retention

Account + content: kept while your account is active.
Raw analytics events (PageView / LinkClick): 30 days. After that we keep per-day aggregates only.
Lead submissions: kept by the page owner until they delete them.
Purchase records: kept for 10 years after the transaction for tax and audit purposes (even after account deletion).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
