The basics
- Is it really free?
- Yes. Create a bio page for free, publish it, share it — forever. The free tier includes unlimited link blocks, four base themes, image and embed blocks, and a 30-day rolling view/click counter. Your first page is always free; additional pages cost $7.99 each, one-time.
- Why no subscriptions?
- Because we find them annoying when we're on the paying end, so we don't do them here. Add-ons are purchased once and either yours forever or yours for a year — you'll know upfront which it is at checkout.
- Who's behind Linkified?
- HorizonX LLC, a small independent company registered in Florida, United States. We build and run the service ourselves. No VC, no investors pushing for growth-at-all-costs pricing.
Pricing & billing
- What exactly do I pay for?
- Premium add-ons, purchased once. Examples: removing the Linkified footer ($14.99 lifetime), unlocking the 8 premium themes plus full styling ($19.99 lifetime), per-link analytics with exports ($39.99/year), newsletter + contact forms ($14.99 lifetime).
- Will you auto-renew my add-ons?
- No. Never. Annual add-ons expire and stay expired unless you click Renew. We send you a reminder at 30, 7, and 1 days before expiry — no card-on-file, no surprise charges.
- What's the difference between lifetime and annual add-ons?
- Most features are lifetime (one-time payment, yours forever). A few cost money to run on our side and are annual: Analytics Pro (data storage), Priority Support (human time), Social Feeds (3rd-party API quotas), AI Chatbot and AI Writing Assistant (LLM tokens, coming soon). Analytics Pro is also available as a lifetime SKU at 3× the annual price ($119) for people who want to forget about it.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, within 14 days of purchase as long as the feature hasn't been used. Email legal@linkified.net and we'll process it back through Stripe.
- Do coupons and welcome discounts stack?
- One coupon per purchase, but coupons work on any cart (unless the admin has restricted a code to a specific feature or bundle). Welcome discounts show up as a banner on the site for first-time visitors.
Technical stuff
- I'm coming from Linktree / Meeek / WordPress. Will my links break?
- No — as long as you claim the same handle, your /yourhandle URL stays identical. If you're on our older WP plugin we carry over 12 months of any paid benefits to give you time to decide which add-ons to keep.
- Can I use a custom domain?
- Custom domains are coming in a future release. For now every page lives at linkified.net/yourhandle — we'll migrate seamlessly when custom domains ship.
- Do you support Instagram / TikTok / YouTube embeds?
- Yes — the Social Feed add-on ($19.99/year) embeds live feeds from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify. Basic YouTube/Vimeo/Spotify single-item embeds are free and available to every user.
Your data
- Do I own my data?
- Yes. Export your page config, analytics (CSV), and lead submissions (newsletter + waitlist + contact entries) as CSV at any time from your dashboard. No lock-in, no 'export under your paid plan' tricks.
- Are you GDPR-compliant?
- Yes — we follow GDPR for EU visitors and CCPA for California residents. We don't use tracking cookies, don't sell your data, and don't store raw IP addresses for analytics. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
- What happens to my pages if I delete my account?
- Your pages, analytics, and content are deleted within 30 days. Purchase records are retained for 10 years for tax purposes, as required by law.
